On October 4, the US DOE announced Australia as an international collaborator in its Long Duration Storage Shot initiative. This partnership aims to enhance on various energy technologies, including solar PV supply chains and energy storage. It was confirmed during a meeting in Brazil between US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm and Australia’s Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen.
