Between July and September 2024, Australia saw the addition of 18,990 battery electric vehicles. This included 7,964 cars, 10,920 SUVs, 86 vans, and 20 other types of electric vehicles. The total EV parc in the country is close to 270,000 units (BEVs & PHEVs) as of Dec 2024.
