Atmos Renewables, the Australian renewables arm of Igneo Infrastructure Partners, will acquire Neoen’s 76.6% stake in the 316 MW Hornsdale Wind Farm in South Australia, taking full ownership by end-2025. The wind farm, operational since 2017, features 99 Siemens turbines and supplies electricity under a long-term FiT with the ACT government.
