Atmos Renewables has completed acquisition of almost 1 GWp of Australian renewables from Germany's BayWa r.e., lifting its operating and under-construction capacity beyond 2 GW. The Sydney-based firm took possession of operational 106-MWp Yatpool solar farm in northwestern Victoria under off-take with Flow Power near Karadoc park bought in 2024, and 20-MWp Hughenden in Queensland under PPA with CS Energy, plus 800-MW Bullawah Wind Farm in Riverina, NSW, and several earlier-stage NEM development projects.
