Finnish wind energy firm Arenso and Estonia’s Utilitas Wind have partnered on the 1200MW Saare-Liivi Offshore Wind Park. Arenso will prepare the Basic Design, covering around 80 turbines, by July 2025. The collaboration supports design, permitting, construction, and operational planning. Both companies see offshore wind as key to lowering electricity prices, enhancing energy security, and reducing fossil fuel reliance in the Baltic region.
