APTEL allowed a 70 day delay in commissioning ACME Heergarh Powertech Private Limited’s 300 MW Solar Project in Rajasthan. AHPPL submitted a performance bank guarantee of ₹24 Crores and signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with MSEDCL to supply power at ₹2.72/kWh for 25 years. APTEL dismissed MERC's order imposing liquidated damages and granted a 104 day extension due to force majeure events.
