Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. petitioned against APTRANSCO over O&M charges for two high-tension service connections, including a solar captive generating plant. APL argued the charges were arbitrary, as the assets were handed over to APTRANSCO for maintenance. The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission ruled the charges lacked legal authority, ordering a refund to APL without interest.
