A 370-tonne-per-annum electrolyzer-based green hydrogen facility is being built by the state-owned Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) at the Visakh Refinery in Andhra Pradesh. A total of INR 11 crore was spent by the state-owned entity for this project, out of a total fund allocation of INR 33 crore.
