AM Green has signed an MoU with V.O. Chidambaranar (VOC) Port, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, to develop a 1 million tonne per year renewable ammonia facility. The project will use solar and wind power to produce green ammonia for global shipping and industrial markets. The facility aims to position Thoothukudi as a major green ammonia export hub and support India’s green hydrogen ambitions.
