Alpex Solar Ltd has raised INR 260.17 crore via a preferential issue of equity shares and warrants to expand its solar manufacturing capabilities. The funds will support scaling up module capacity from 1.2 GW to 3.6 GW and achieving 1.6 GW solar cell production by FY 2026-27. Trial cell production and a 12,000 MTPA aluminium frame facility will begin soon.
