The Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) promotes domestic clean energy manufacturing, initially covering Solar Modules and now expanded to Solar Cells as ALCM, effective June 1, 2026. The first ALCM list includes six manufacturers with 13 GW capacity, much lower than ALMM’s 91.5 GW.
