Telecom giant Bharti Airtel has entered into an agreement with AMP Energy Green Three, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of AMP Energy Green to acquire 26% equity shares. AMP Energy Green Three is established to develop and operate a 50 MW hybrid wind-solar power plant in Barmer, Rajasthan. It will be connected to 220 KV Fatehgarh GSS of PGCIL and will supply clean energy to industries across India.
