Neom’s Oxagon has partnered with Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gases (AHG) to develop a green gases plant producing hydrogen, oxygen, argon, and nitrogen. The facility, located in Oxagon’s industrial quarter, aims to start early operations in late 2026, with phased expansion from 2028.
