Ahaan Solar, the solar division of Airox Nigen Equipments, will begin production from the first 600 MW phase of its 2 GW Solar Module facility in Haryana by mid-2025. Using TOPCon technology, it will supply high-efficiency modules to domestic and global markets. The 17-acre park will also host Airox Nigen’s 3 GW Aspire Hydrogen electrolyzer plant.
