AGL Energy Ltd has secured approval for the 360 MW Barn Hill Wind Farm in South Australia, including a four-hour Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Located near Redhill, the project will feature up to 50 turbines, producing around 958 GWh annually. Construction is set for 2026, with operations expected in 2028.
