Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) and TotalEnergies are forming a 50-50 Joint Venture (JV) to manage 1150 MW of Solar Projects in Khavda, Gujarat, part of the world’s largest Renewable Energy plant. AGEL will contribute existing assets, while TotalEnergies invests USD 444 million. This collaboration underscores their commitment to India’s clean energy transition.
