Acme Solar Holdings Limited won a 250 MW FDRE project in an e-reverse auction by NHPC on December 10, 2024, at a tariff of INR 4.56 per unit. The project includes a green-shoe option, potentially expanding to 500 MW. With this, Acme's total capacity reaches 6,970 MW. The project, requiring Solar, Wind, and Battery technologies, ensures reliable peak supply and is expected to start by FY 2027-28.
