ACME Solar has completed ₹2,147 crore refinancing for 12 operational SPVs with a combined 450 MW solar capacity. The refinancing, secured from NaBFID, enables redemption of NCDs issued in 2021 and full repayment of underlying offshore dollar bonds. The transaction reduces borrowing costs by approximately 150 basis points, strengthening project cash flows and improving the company’s long-term capital structure.
