National Highways to Test Super-Fast EV Charging Technology

National Highways will trial Levistor's flywheel energy storage technology in 2025 to enable super-fast EV charging. The system stores energy during low demand and releases it when needed, providing a rapid power boost to supplement grid supply. This trial aims to address grid constraints, especially in rural areas, and support widespread EV adoption.
